The most positive experience I had was with the first two master ignitions. I felt like it started the process of healing within me that has allowed me to develop a much stronger connection with the energy.

I would rate the course at the highest rating. The course was beyond my expectations. The attention giving to each student is perfect.

I liked the discussions that class with class members, there was a lots of information sharing and connecting with them. Meditations and ignitions were great and the instructor made us feel like we right there with her.

A must program to take for anyone wanting to enhance their health and wellbeing.

Shannon Smaedella's Yoga Nidra course is intellectually thorough and satisfyingly experiential at the same time. She ties in the Seven States of Consciousness we teach in Chopra's Primordial Sound Meditation program, all 8 limbs of yoga, the Sutras and neuroplasticity. I'm thankful to have taken this and would recommend it to anyone curious about Yoga Nidra theory and practice.
